Essential Worker Living is a housing program that was created to help people who work to provide critical services find housing near the neighborhoods in which they work. To determine if you are an Essential Worker, you must qualify under specific income guidelines. Please review the checklist below to apply.

Application Requirements

Income Requirements:

  • Minimum Income Requirements - To qualify, all applicants must meet standard rental criteria. The total gross monthly income must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. The maximum income is based on the number of people living in the home. Please refer to the income limits qualifications below:
  • Maximum Income Limit Based on Family Size @ 80%:

1 - person home may earn no more than $74,960 annually
2 - person home may earn no more than $85,600 annually
3 - person home may earn no more than $96,320 annually
4 - person home may earn no more than $107,040 annually
5 - person home may earn no more than $115,600 annually
6 - person home may earn no more than $124,160 annually
7 - person home may earn no more than $132,720 annually

  • Maximum Income Limit Based on Family Size @ 60%:

1 - person home may earn no more than $56,220 annually
2 - person home may earn no more than $64,200 annually
3 - person home may earn no more than $72,240 annually
4 - person home may earn no more than $80,280 annually
5 - person home may earn no more than $86,700 annually
6 - person home may earn no more than $93,120 annually
7 - person home may earn no more than $99,540 annually
